FAQ

Questions founders ask us.

Is this a school leadership programme?

No. Leadership programmes develop how you lead people and pedagogy. EduVentures develops how you build and govern an enterprise — unit economics, capital structure, expansion, institutional form and succession.

Will I benefit if my school is already successful?

Success usually means the model worked once. The programme asks a harder question: is it structured to work again, at scale, and without you.

Is this useful if I don't plan to expand?

Often more so. A great deal of the value sits in strengthening what already exists — margin, governance, structure and succession.

Is the programme practical or theoretical?

Practical, deliberately. Frameworks are introduced only to be applied to your own numbers the same day, through group work and modelling workshops.

Can multiple people from my school attend?

Yes, and it's often the stronger decision — a founder with a finance lead, or a promoter with a successor, leaves aligned rather than translating afterwards.

What if I'm the only one attending?

That's the norm. The cohort becomes your peer group for the duration, and you leave with a model your own team can act on.

What happens after the programme?

You graduate alongside participants from every Bower EDGE vertical and hold standing access to the EDGE community — Masterclasses, roundtables and a founder network.
